Maha Ashtami Greetings and Sondhi puja 2021

Greetings on Maha Ashtami. Many of us, we are sure, are feeling nostalgic about Ashtami puja when we used to gather and celebrate in person. We hope you enjoyed the performances by our members in the cultural program yesterday. Please find the link for attending today’s puja and cultural program.

Tushaar Mukherjee. Tushaar is a four year young bundle of energy and mischief. For a change, he will be reciting Hanuman Chalisa for us.

Jishnu Mukherjee. Jishnu is in Year 6 and loves to spread smiles. In his latest attempt, Jishnu is presenting an enthralling Magic Show. Tell us if he could amaze you with his skills of the wand!

Kakoli Majumder. Kakoli will be singing ‘Darao amaar aankhiro aagey’. This is one of Rabindranath Tagore’s songs from puja porjay. This is specifically a prayer song as it has been categorized under the upa porjay ‘prarthana’. The poet invokes the almighty to bless the world with her divine presence.
