Dear Picnic-goers,

We are sure you all are geared up to start your journey tomorrow early morning. Here goes few last minute directives from Picnic sub-committee.

Documentation

You are requested to carry passport copy of any family members for the purpose of hotel check-in (one passport – each family will suffice).

Cost

We are attaching a rough- cost sheet based on your inputs. Please note that, this will eventually be adjusted based on actual or additional consumption, contribution from Bharati etc., if any.

Arrival Timing

We would like to see you all by 12 noon tomorrow. So start early, reach early and enjoy to the fullest.

Check-out Timing

Please ensure to check-out by 12 noon on February 26^th.
