Reminder for registration to attend Prime Minister Shri Modi’s public event on 2nd November

The Indian Prime Minister is likely to visit Bangkok on 2nd November, 2019. A public gathering is proposed to be organised at the National Indoor Stadium. Bharati has been allotted a spot for cultural program for which our senior members  are already in touch with our Cultural Committee. Bharati has also been allocated a quota for attendees.  Members who would like to attend the event, may please email to us their interest and share the details mentioned below. Please share the names and identification proof reference for each family member joining you. Kindly do note that only 15 year olds and above will be allowed to join as the event  will span over five to six hours. Proof of Identity will have to be brought along to attend the event.

Identification Proof reference :  Passport / Driving License/ Tandao . You are requested to scan or take picture of the identification copy and attach with your email. Do note this proof of identity will have to be brought along necessarily for entry to the event). 

You are welcome to invite your friends to this event too who will also have to email to us and  share the above details. In case we have a response beyond the quota allocated to us, members will be given first preference and that too on a first come first serve basis. In case of overquota or any last minute changes imposed by Embassy of India a final decision on the delegates from Bharati will be taken by Mr. Souvik Roy ( souvikroy@indorama.net) and Mr. Jay Shankar Mukherjee (jaymukherjee@yahoo.co.uk). You are requested to mark a copy of your email to these two gentlemen to create a database for the same.

The last date for communicating your interest is 20th of October, 2019. Please also note, this information of the PM’s likely visit is strictly not to be shared on social media, whatsapp, facebook, twitter. Official communication by the Embassy needs to be awaited for the same.
