Updates from Picnic Committee

The provisional bookings have already been made and attached are the details of the costing. Please note that these are very close estimates and any small amount to be collected or refunded will be done on 10th Feb. at the end of the picnic before we leave for Bangkok. If anyone needs any extra bed, any changes in the booking or clarifications on the costing, please feel free to contact us.

We will now need to make the payments to confirm the bookings. Will appreciate if you all can transfer the amounts mentioned against each name in the attached file, to the following account, and whatsapp the transfer receipt to Anirban Sengupta at +66852571991. (please do not email the receipts to Bharati email). We will appreciate if the transfers can be made by 2nd Jan, 2020 to enable us to confirm the bookings.
