In response to feedback and in our ongoing effort to enhance the comfort and efficiency of our festivities, we are introducing a QR code-based queue system for Sindurkhela this year.

Gone are the days of standing in long lines! This new system allows you to fully participate in the festivities without the stress of queuing, while ensuring that the process remains orderly and respectful.

How It Works: Step-by-Step

1. Scan the QR Code at the Entrance: When you arrive at the event, you’ll notice a QR code displayed at the entrance. Simply scan this code using your smartphone, and you’ll be automatically entered into the queue. This step eliminates the need for manual registration, making it quick and easy to secure your place.
2. Receive Your Queue Number on Your Phone: Once you’ve scanned the QR code, your queue number will be instantly sent to your phone. This not only ensures that your spot in line is secure but also gives you the freedom to move around or relax without constantly monitoring your position in the queue.
3. Take a Seat and Relax: We have arranged a comfortable seating area where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. This is especially beneficial for elderly attendees or those with mobility issues, as they no longer need to stand for extended periods. Families with children will also appreciate the freedom to wait comfortably.
4. Watch Out for Your Number: Your queue number will be projected on the stage backdrop, so it’s easy to keep track of when it’s your turn. To make it even more convenient, the number will also be sent to your phone when your turn comes. This two-step notification system ensures that whether you’re seated or walking around, you’ll never miss your turn. Our volunteers will also assist by announcing the numbers and guiding guests to the Sindurkhela area.

• Improve Efficiency: The QR code system is faster and more organized than manual queues. It ensures that everyone is entered into the queue in a fair and orderly manner, reducing confusion and waiting time.
• Enhance Safety: With fewer people crowded into lines, the event area will be more spacious and safer for everyone. This is particularly important for maintaining the comfort and well-being of all attendees.
